Before Valentines day, me and hubby went to this store for cards.  He picked up 3 best cards for me and I picked up 1 biggest card there and 1 small card. And then what we did we exchanged the cards, we read it and thats it. That is already our Valentines card. hahahaha! We both have a good laugh after that, we go out from tht store giggling and chuckling because we already handed our  card before Valentines day. And one thing though,  nakamura kami! It is cheaper that way huh.

               Last year, I got chocolates, orchids (in a pot) and card. This time he asked me if I like chocolates and flowers I said no.  I am not over so gaga with chocolates and flowers for anytime of the day we can buy it. But oh well, it depends on the person really. 

               Yesterday, was Valentines day. The whole day I  stayed home but honey was busy.  At about 5:30 he told me to be ready for we are going out. So I got ready and when I was about ready and  everything he handed me his gifts for me!  I was surprised hehehe!  Of course! How sweet of my loving lalab to think of me today. For me, really, I dont care about  getting something for valentines day. Because I believed that valentines day or  the day of love is EVERYDAY! But oh well, he told me today is special so he handed me his gifts . And what I got is two beautiful things. That makes me smile and I also love it! But oh my, I told him I am sorry I didn't buy anything for him whoaaa!! And he told me it doesn't matter what matters for him is me his baked bean.

               I got this Dooney and Bourke bag and a bracelet with a very huge heart. The heart is inscripted with "MY HEART BEATS FOR YOU". Isn't it so sweet of my honey to find those things that I never thought he knew that I like. I kissed and hug him of course. By the way, we always do that with or without occasion.  So off we go to our chosen  restaurant but oh my hubby didn't call for a reservation and since it is Valentines Day it is packed with people. I could even see that some people are still waiting outside. So we decided to drive around and I told him that we will just go to Forest Buffet. hehe The place also is packed but we are lucky to have one place for us. AFter eating, and reminiscing my first valentines date with him we headed home.

                 Yesterday also at about noon. Hubby told me that we are going to ATLANTA. GEORGIA. Oh wow! But oh I remember that we have a party this coming Saturday at Lanie's house for In-in and Ryan are  coming. A baby shower and a bridal shower party too for my grand-daughters. I feel sad about it. I could'nt attend to. But oh my now I realize that when you are a wife where ever your husband go I should also go with him. Specially that the trip is both pleasure and business. Support is necessary I should say. I remember my Auntie in law - Mary, when I  first arrived here. She told me that if a husband asked you to come with him, a wife  should go. She is already in her late 80's I guess now and Uncle Willard too. And more than 60 years in marriage. Sometimes this little wisdom from them is special or worth keeping.

hello ate kim ka-sweet pud sa imong hubby oi. maayo na lng nakakuha pa mo ug lingkuranan sa restaurant. even here in davao, jampacked gihapon ang mga resto and even hotels. maayo na lng hubby made a reservation at Apo View a week before valentine's day. imagine fully booked na sila until March 3.

it's very true na vday should be celebrated everyday that's why we should always show our love and as well as tell our loved ones that we love them with or without an occasion.

Kim Inday....u & ur husband is a team now. U can't enjoy one thing w/o d other. It's always been good 2 b wherever he is...that's a part of being married. We need 2 take interest on what d other person values most. I love watching beauty contest, it doesn't matter if it is Miss America or Miss International but Dale will watch it w/ me hahahahaha. Long time no hear Ate Kim. Thanks for popping by at my place while in my absence. ‘te Kim, I like you bracelet (smile)!

Anyway, I am done (finally) with my GRE. I took it yesterday. This is the final block among the most stringent and toughest graduate school admission requirements of the University of Missouri. I feel rejuvenated now and I think I did well with the GRE exam. But, I'm still keeping my fingers crossed. The results will be available 6-8 weeks from now just in time for the Fall semester deadline. Right now, I am catching and making up with the lost time with my friends; do some general cleaning around here; do some errands; and a lot of stuff. Within those GRE periods, I felt like I was secluded in a cloister. Despite all that my Honts Bonts and I were still able to travel a bit just to get some fresh air.
